How to add new Wordpress Plugins in Wordpress

This video tutorial demonstrates how to add new wordpress plugins to your Wordpress theme.  You can also upload wordpress plugins that do not show up in the plugin directory through the admin panel as well.  Cforms and Sexy Bookmarks can be uploaded through the plugin tab on the admin panel.  Just be sure to click on the upload button and find the files on your hard drive.
